About

I am a reporter at CyberScoop where I cover privacy, domestic surveillance and blockchain technologies.

You can find some of my recent clips here.

I previously wrote The Washington Post Cybersecurity 202 and served as a researcher for the Technology 202 and Cybersecurity 202 newsletters. Before that I worked at Mother Jones reporting on disinformation, civil rights at Facebook, and the intersection of tech and labor.

My freelance work can be seen in publications including  BuzzfeedWired, Slate, Esquire, MEL magazine, and Science Magazine.

I live in Washington, D.C. with my cat Reggie. I am currently seeking literary representation for my debut upmarket women’s fiction novel, a coming-of-age story that will appeal to fans of THE WORLD CANNOT GIVE and SIRENS & MUSES.
